CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Appointment Cancellation: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be waiting for availability.   2. Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be equal to 50% of the total service cost. We value our clients' commitment to their appointments and appreciate your understanding of the impact late cancellations and no-shows may have on our business.

  3. Exceptions for Emergencies: We understand that emergencies can happen, and we will take such situations into consideration. If you have an unforeseen emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
